A reed bunting visits my feeders fairly regularly but I've yet to get a decent photo. Taking them through the window probably doesn't help.
Like the bullfinches it prefers eating from the seed tray (sunflower hearts again!) rather than the feeder itself. I've tried without success to convince my friends that I have reason to be so pleased with a bird that looks like a sparrow but isn't. |
