| | | Re: waxwing in Lincoln Hi and welcome to WAB.
There have been Waxwings in and around Lincoln since late November.
This image was taken on December 1st 2008 in the car park to the rear of the train station on Tentercroft street, Lincoln. |

| | | Re: waxwing in Lincoln Hi Galaxysue, I'm also fairly new to the forum's and must say I'm really impressed with the speed that some do answer your questions, it's really nice to be able to post something and the answer come back so quick. I also spotted my first Waxwing towards the back end of January and was absolutely thrilled, congratulations. |

| | | Re: waxwing in Lincoln The lazy little so and so's haven't made it uphill yet!
I really wanted to see if I could spot the birds at the station, so much so that I was trying to convince a friend of mine that he should leave Northern Scotland earlier in the morning so it would still be light when we picked him up from the station.
I have still not seen a waxwing. |
