| |  REDWINGs!!!
I took the dog for a walk today in the woods and I went down a different path but slipped on the way down a steep bit and got covered in mud and landed on my dog. When I got up the embankment I looked in a field and saw a load of redwings! I have never seen one before and have been hoping to for ages! I just didn't expect it to be on my own doorstep! 
I know the photo isn't as good as those in the Gallery, but its good enough for me!
I also saw a nuthatch!!!  |

Lovely photos Keen Teen. We saw a mixed flock of redwings & fieldfares the weekend, they were lovely to see. Ours looked very red as well!
Hope you & your dog are recovered from your fall.

That's great! Sadly, I've never seen a redwing but the nuthatch is one of my favorites. |
