Unfortunately, this is the only photo i got of it,
I cant remember now, but i assume it flew off before i got a chance to see its face. |

Any idea on size, blackbird size smaller or larger? 
Also what was the habitat?
I just checked the chiffchaff as suggested by Dogghound and I think that is spot on!

Its definitely a warbler - and the dark legs and feet suggest Chiff Chaff as does the month April....... |
