Without wishing to be as robust as Nick, I'd like to point out that this time of year is particularly perilous for bird identification with loads of juveniles flitting about who's plumage may not reflect tha tof a typical adult. As Alan says, photos-especially on the computer-also create pitfalls to identification by mis-representing colours. Personally I think the weight of evidence points towards Garden Warbler, but I'm not going to get into an argument about it |

If it's a Garden or Nightingale it's a first for me.
As for colour, all I can say is I haven't made any adjustments to the colour balance of the shot. I'd say the image as I see it on screen is just as it looked in the real world.
