Guide to Feeding Birds

It's that time of year when people will soon start thinking about putting out food for the birds in their garden, so we've started to create a guide to feeding birds

It needs tidying up a bit, but if you can think of any extra info that we can add then please submit the details via the 'add new comment' link at the bottom of the pages.

Thanks

Stuart

Angry Reference sections

Hi Stuart, I started tidying and adding to the Guide to Feeding Birds but I seem to have b.... it up. I cannot find how, once I change the type size, to get it back to the body size. I wanted to add a bit about Sunflower Hearts.
While I'm confessing to making hashes of things, I seem to have done something wrong in trying to add a tree to the Encyclopaedia. It comes up with the name Common Alder but there are no fields to put the info. in. I then clicked on trees in the Development section and found a page that had the fields. I filled them in but unfortunately that does not seem to marry up with the Encyclo0paedia at the top. HELP!!
Regards
Wildone

No problem, I'll have a look tomorrow. It all gets backed every day anyway, so you can't have done too much damage

Wildone - No problem, it took about 30 secs to sort out. I'll add the rest of the tutorial info this weekend so that you can see how I corrected it, but it was really quite easy.

I wouldn't worry about getting anything wrong as every time you edit a page, the previous version is stored and then we backup every day as well, so it should be fairly bomb proof.

I shall have to tell Patch, the blackbird, when I give him his half an apple in the morning.
