The difference after 3 weeks eating .
This is one of a pair of Mistle Thrushes that visit our garden on a daily basis , the first picture was took 3 weeks ago , the one with it eating an apple was taken today ... i think it has doubled in size in a short space of time

There always use to be loads of thrushes about ,but I havent seen one for years in this area, I remember the days when there was as many thrushes about as blackbirds. sheila

Ahhh right thanks Pam , so is this what our feathered friends do ... fluff them selves up in the cold , i've still got lots to learn about them i was a wee bit worried incase he/she got to big and couldn't take off
