Bittern

Went to Leighton Moss today and was lucky enough to see a couple of Bitterns - one flying but too far away for a pic, and this one that appeared for a few brief seconds:-

Perhaps a special way of walking? A pheromone would be very good.

We might have even spoken to each other without knowing we're both Wabbers - so lets get those badges going !

Cracking sight, im still to get a shot of a Bittern seen them a few times now but never good enought for a photo, well done.
