Places to go.
Can anyone reconmend any good bird watching sites around the torbay/Devon area?

I am mostly interested in birds of prey.

I used to go to Berry Head, near Brixham and often saw Peregrines there. Slapton Ley is a great reserve too. Also, Prawle Point is good for Cirl Buntings. You are in a good area. Enjoy it.

Seaton Marshes, Dartmoor, Exminster Marshes, Dawlish Warren, Start Point, Slapton Ley and Sands, Prawle Point, Brixham Harbour/Berry Head, Yarner Woods, Haldon Hill........

Just thought, if you like raptors, try Great Haldon raptor watchpoint. Can be good for Honey Buzzards and Goshawks (in season). I believe Nightjars occur nearby too. Aylesbeare and Woodbury Commons too, for Dartford Warblers.
