Hoping Water Pipit

Sorting through my pipit photos and this one looked a bit different from the Meadow and Rock. Could it be a Water Pipit.

I think it's a Rock Pipit.

I'm subscribing to the thread just in case though

Well I got my books out again Dai! I'm with HW I think its a Rock: I was wondering about the apparently white outer tail feathers but I think this is just bright sunlight - it appears to have a decent pale supercillium and maybe a stronger bar on the wings - all water pip characters - but - its whole plumage impression is dark - the barring goes down to under tail, the beak is longer and dark and the clincher for me - pinky purplish bruised flesh sort of colour which is Rock - Water pip has dark to black legs ..........
