| | | Re: Brambling - a first for me!  Thanks folks for your kind comments. There were hundreds of Whoopers Ruth, and more flying in all the time. Feeding time from the Swanlink hide at 3.00pm was a real spectacle - not an inch of space left on the shoreline - so full of birds, Whoopers, Pintails, Shelduck etc. In addition there were thousands of Pink-footed Geese but much further out, seen best from the Ron Barker hide. |
