| | | Feather ID please :) Hi All,
I found this feather on my bedroom floor this evening and scanned it in the hopes you can tell me what it came off. Actual length about 2cm.
Thanks |

| | | Re: Feather ID please :) Well if we look at the clues! *puffs on pipe* It was found in your bedroom, where beds are often kept, and you often get pillows on beds. I would say, it's out of your pillow!
........elementary my dear Gaina
Then again as said, it's probably from a Sparrow.
.....or a Harris Hawk! |

Maybe this one fell out whilst you were checking them all!
Have you got a feather duvet? Or a pet cat?

The feather was right near the window and it was very breezy yesterday afternoon so it's quite possible it blew in.
Like Gareth said, it's probably belongs to a Sparrow as the people who live in front of us have a colony in their garden, but I'll have a mooch around outside later and see if I can find more. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
