the early bird



thought I would share this photo i took yeterday early morning as soon as I put the fat pellets in window box feeder at least 30 starlings arrive there is a pecking order and these two got in first. this feeder is on my kitchen window.

That's a great shot.
I tried a window feeder once - nothing! You are so lucky getting birds so close.


Do you get other birds feeding from your window feeder?

thanks Hedge witch I get blue tits a nd robins visiting it, it has been there about 3 years I have even had magpie and squirrell sitting in it!
