I was watching the birds over a reedbed this afternoon. I took these pictures thinking the bird was a young Reed Bunting but now I am not sure. The legs are very dark and the tail is not notched.
Any ideas?   |

To me it looks a bit like a female Whinchat - but I'm sure someone will know for sure  |

As others have said female stonechat, there not quite as striking as the male, nice photo though really sharp
