Hi Lester,
Nice pic
It certainly looks like it, pink legs, pity we cant see the hind claw, that is another giveaway, Tree Pipits is quite curved,
I'd wait for better ID from others,

Hi again,
Just to say that a Meadow Pipits rear claw is straighter and slightly longer,
I've got a magnifier on my mouse but I dont know if it's a twig or the claw that I see,

Here is a 100% crop of another frame, unfortunatly the subject is very small in the frame anyway. Hopefully this helps see the claw which seems long and curved.  |

Darley, thanks for that crop, I'll have to learn how to do that,
Now then, I have to do a U turn and say that the rear claw is straighter and its longer
so I'll go with Lance's first suggestion, and yours Darley
