It certainly looks like it, pink legs, pity we cant see the hind claw, that is another giveaway, Tree Pipits is quite curved,
I'd wait for better ID from others,

Just to say that a Meadow Pipits rear claw is straighter and slightly longer,
I've got a magnifier on my mouse but I dont know if it's a twig or the claw that I see,
