| | | ID required please Photograph taken at Messingham nature reserve. Maybe some type of Warbler. It was in fairly dense cover, didn't sing and only showed itself very briefly.
Thanks

| | | Re: ID required please that one has got me stumped Roger, it's a fairly non-descript bird! A nice clear photo though, especially if it only showed itself briefly. No doubt John will ID it, if not others as well.

I would agree with Imaginos and Gareth.

Richard | Thanks Richard, it's looking more like a Garden Warbler all the time. I googled it and it does look like many of them but there is a big variation in the images so it's hard to be certain.

| | | Re: ID required please Doh,i'm always late with these it's a Garden Warbler as others have said. Me and a friend found a nest of a pair after they had fledged the young earlier in the year, we had been watching them going in and out for a couple of weeks beforehand so knew it was there somewhere was a tiny straw nest about 3inch off the floor |

| | | Re: ID required please Thanks Lincs Yellowbelly. I think we have enough votes to move it into the Warblers gallery.
