Could you Help me Identify this Bird Please

I I'm a newbie here and wondered if you could identify this Bird of Prey for me.
I apologize for the quality of the images, they were taken on my phone at some distance. The bird under the Bird of Prey is a wood pigeon.

Thanks for your help.
Also I seem to have posted images twice into my image gallery how do I delete them?

Possibly a female sparrowhawk.

I'd agree, looks like a Sparrowhawk shape to me.

Re: Could you Help me Identify this Bird Please

I've seen Sparrow Hawks before and this looked different.
It was grey in colour, with long legs with white feathers coming half way down the leg.

I have to agree with Sparrowhawk, though there is a slim chance of Goshawk.

Good idea - this is a Goshawk for comparison:

Sparrowhawk. Looks quite bulky, so possibly a female.

Yep. Have to agree with everyone else. It is clearly a penguin.

This is from the WAB gallery - does a gallery editor need to look at this then?

But the cere is the correct colour for Goshawk - so I think we should let sleeping dogs lie.
