In a flock of about 50 birds, in the sea but also seen earlier in a large pond next to the sea. Similar size to a mallard or perhaps a little smaller.
Are they Wigeon?

They have the face of wigeons. Perhaps the one on the Left is a juvenile and the Right one is an adult female?
