Ring-necked Parakeets

I know this is an old thread, but down here have both large flocks of starlings, and of parakeets. Other than seagulls, crows and occasional feral pigeons on fields behind absolutely nothing else. However as the 100 feet square of gardens here has a population of (at last visible count) some 15 cats, and growing, that is maybe not surprising.
