Buzzard or Harris hawk?
Can someone identify this bird I saw today soaring over the downs today.
I have been looking at the photos I took of the "feral" harris hawk and am thinking that this is it flying.
Not 100% sure so was wondering if someone could verify what it is

The white tail tips + undertail coverts do suggest Harris Hawk to me.
