| | | a bird for id My dad took this photo today in our garden. the bird size would be approx the same as bullfinch?? we have never seen one of these in our garden before. please can you help?

| | | Re: a bird for id Over most of the UK, yes. Of course if you live very near to upland moorland, heaths etc it could enter a garden. I imagine they may also land briefly on occasion in gardens en-route to their preferred areras of the UK. |
