Hi folks,
No pics I'm afraid, but maybe soon,
two adult goldfinches brought their 3 young to the niger feeder to-day,
Iv'e only been getting 1 or 2 regular each day but this is good hope they keep comming back.

Hi Duncan, lucky you! They're lovely birds, I've never had them at my feeders!  Still one day.  Nice to hear that they've brought their young

Do you mean as an autumn-winter return, as if they'd gone away for the summer? If so, I should get returns soon. I never see even one except during the cold months, whereas others have them all-year-round!!

A few weeks ago I had as many as 9 all at the feeders but they have since vanished, the 2 Greenfinches have disappeared too. I did see a juvenile Goldie the other day looking sorry for itself but that's about it.
