| | | Birds eating like it is winter! I am aware that some of you have been saying that the birds have disappeared from their gardens. Is it possible that they have all come to mine    !! I cannot keep the feeders topped up quick enough. Emptying them at a rate of knotts here. Blue tits, great tits, Dunnocks, sparrows, wood pidgeons, robin and Collard doves. Only Blackbirds numbers low one at most.

What are you feeding them on? | The usual mix feed with added sunflowers, sunflowers in husks and sunflowers seeds shelled. run out of peanuts and fatballs

My lot (a very healthy house sparrow population, plus great tits, blue tits, goldfinches, starlings and blackbirds etc.) are on a two feeder a day habit at the moment  . Not just wild bird seed, but premium no mess high energy food (at nearly £20 every two-three weeks  ) as well, plus other goodies such as apples etc.
Things must be bad this year....
