This is just so depressing

The RSPB: Seabird failure continues for another year
Every year I visit one or more of our seabird colonies. This year it has been Skomer in Wales and Noss and Sumburgh Head in Shetland.
Seabird colonies are one of the outstanding wildlife spectacles in the UK and it so sad that there appears to be a year-on-year decline due to changes in our climate and the marine environment.
Research is one thing giving us the depressing news but we really do need some action to turn this evolving disaster around.
