| | | Bempton Cliffs Hi all,
Today Ben (Tormentil) and myself visited Bempton cliffs RSPB reserve to photograph the birds.
The weather wasn't ideal with showers and it was rather overcast. However it did not deter us and we had a thoroughly enjoyable day. Here are just a small sample of my shots and I'm sure Ben will add some of his to this thread.
These were taken with the Canon 400mm f5.6 lens. I will put some in the main gallery when I've got them edited.
Thanks Ben for another great day out even if we did get a little damp first thing

| | | Re: Bempton Cliffs It was a bit wet to start with, but the day did improve.
Here's a few of mine, all taken with Rogers Sigma 70-300mm, which I was trying out.
Gannets
Jackdaw
Juvenile Kittiwake
And just to show its not all birds at Bempton, some flora
For anyone who's not been to Bempton, I'd thoroughly recommend it, but go early in the season.

| | | Re: Bempton Cliffs Some decent shots there Ben, the Sigma 70-300mm isn't bad as long as you can get near enough to the birds.

| | | Re: Bempton Cliffs Just a couple more from Bempton now that I have finally finished editing them. You don't half rattle some shots off when you are on continuous shooting mode.
