Can anyone confirm if there are puffins on Bempton cliffs at present and if so how long they are likely to be around for.

Hi Boddie,

Yes, there should still be some Puffins around at Bempton - the last of the RSPB's 'Puffin Patrol' events isn't until the 27th July so there should be some until then at least - see here -

I was there today. There are still some Puffins about. Don't know how long before these leave though. Not be long I should think.

You should be alright Bod', but you might need to have a scout about. Over past years I have never seen many there and you sometimes need to have a good 'rummage' about with the old 'bins'.
