As i said on my Kingfisher Behaviour Thread i only got a few fly byes but i think they are worth a look.we shall see,

The front one looks like a juvenile

I haven't even managed a blur photo yet And yes, they are very fast. At least you know where to see them.

Better to get them than nothing at all. My one and only time seeing a Kingfisher and I didn't have a camera with me. It was sat posing as well.

If you “intentionally or recklessly” disturb a Kingfisher whilst trying to photograph it “in, on, at or near” the nest or whilst it has dependent young, and without the necessary Licence from Natural England, you may be committing a criminal offence punishable by a fine of up to £5,000 and/or a prison sentence of up to 6 months.
