Only had an hour or so as they fledged and this is probabaly the best shot I got.  |

I used a 105mm Macro lens and 3 flashguns.
I also used a 10 metre cable and sat in my van trying to catch it as it came to the nesthole.
I do quite a bit of this sort of thing but found the Redstart very difficult indeed as they enter the nesthole without slowing down....well, it seemed so anyway.  |
