Well, I drove down the lane this morning and saw this fluffy mess. I got out of the car thinking it'd be something uninteresting but I saw the feet and it looks like a BoP. They're talons! Is it a small Kestrel? A small Sparrowhawk? I have clue; 
It measured about 7" wing-to-wing when I stretched it out. If you need any other info, it's still laying in the drive, i'll nip out and have a look  |

I would plump for the Kestrel Nick but one of the experts will let you know. Shame, as they are beautiful creatures.

I'd say Kestrel and by the look of the down and pins, a fledgling. A short and sad life.
