Took this yesterday morning near water and reeds and willows. I think it is a reed warbler but would welcome expert comment.

Doesn't seem quite right for a Reed Warbler to me, I'd go for a Garden Warbler,

Garden warbler I'd say. It's latin name is Sylvia borin. Rather apt I always think.
