I came across this little chap sunning himself in the long grass, he must have been very comfortable because he stayed and posed for the picture.  |

Well spotted Snake , a nice clear shot,
I spotted two while I was examining an excavator down near Dungeness they were on a shingle bank , I went to the van , got my camera ant took about six or seven pics, but they were right at the limit of my zoom and were fuzzy,
so I dumped them, still got the memorys though,
