Injured Parrot
I found an injured parrot 3 days ago. He seems to have perhaps broken his leg and is having trouble walking, apart from that he seems to be in good spirits eating and drinking. I was wondering what the best advice would be to do with him as I really don't want him to be put down?

Please take the Parrot to a VET or the PDSA do not let it suffer,somewhere there must be an owner frantic with worry

The parrot is a wild green parrot and the local VET wanted to put it down. I wanted to try and find out if there where any organisations that looked after injured wild birds. If not I'll take it back to the VET this afternoon.

What area are you in ,there may be an animal rescue near you that could save the bird try UK Parrot Rescue
