Grey Heron photo at last!

Sunday evening I had to fill a little time whilst waiting for my daughter. So camera in hand went to the coast. Was having a nice time saw goldfinches - too far for a decent photo, saw a Rabbit, family of starlings, shelducks, tried to get some photos of flying swallows!!!! Must try harder!!! on one photo you can at least tell its a swallow! I also spotted a grey heron. I've tried a few times to get a photo of one of these. They usually fly away and do not stay or return anywhere near me! This fellow on the other-hand seemed to be OK with me as long as I didn't get too close. So here's a couple of photos of him that I liked.

Nice pics of the Grey Heron Barbara its always the samer with them they are a very skittish bird who will take flight at the first sign of movement or noise
