Question Strange Behavior (Someones gotta reply to this)
A few hours ago i posted in about the Blackbird chick that died.

Well i disposed of the chick by putting it amongst the hedges in my garden
I've been round there twice today to find the mother.
I don't know what she's doing because as a come round she runs away.

Has anyone encountered this behavior before if so what is she doing??

Not heard of precisely this behaviour before, but she is probably mourning - or at least trying to figure out why her chick is no longer responding. Birds have feelings too!
