Cute chick

While driving along a farm track yesterday I saw four chicks in the middle of the road.
I was a bit worried about driving past them in case they ran under the vehicle, so I stopped to shoo them back into the field.
Three ran into the field but this little chap lay down and played dead.
Laid the camera on the grass in front of him and got this picture.

Cute isn't he.
