My First Goldfinch!!

we get a pair and a single most days..also get up to 60 siskins, greenfinches, various tits, sparrows,a pair of ringed collered doves and a pair of magpies..we have 2 feeding stations close to each other..with 3 seed feeders, 4 niger feeders, and a water dispensor, also 2 ground trays attached to the poles,. We find the niger is the most popular, we use approx 15 kilos per month,. Stick with it, we have found once they know it is here they come back over and over again, also mix a good selection of various feeds, mealworms,fat balls.etc...the more you offer, the more you get, will try to post a picture on here.

Im lucky enought to have several pairs of these wonderful little birds visiting the feeders in my garden.

I've just had 9 at my feeders!!! 6 adults and 3 juveniles!!!! They stayed for about 10 minutes.
