| | | Bird ID Hello all,
Looking out of my window this evening contemplating another exciting week of work i noticed a small (sparrow sized) bird in the bushes, the reason i spotted it so quickly is that it is pale yellow with a pale orange beak, also its makes a high `pip pip pip` type of sound
Dave.
Ah yes just remembered it didn't have pink eyes so i assume its not an albino.

I have a good photo but don`t know how or if i can upload it to here.
Dave.

| | | Re: Bird ID I think possibly a young Blackbird chick- the bill looks thrush like + Blackbird is also prone to abnormal plumages. |

| | | Re: Bird ID I'd say a young albino blackbird. The pip pip pip is likely to be an alarm call.

| | | Re: Bird ID Not an albino. A highly leucistic little chap though, hence the yelllow colouration.
