| | | Help Hi everyone what a great web site. Can anyone help with the id of this bird. I saw it in tunstal forest suffolk on sunday 4th june. It was about the same size as a wren and flitted around very quickly from bush to bush.I belive it to be some type of warbler but am not sure.  |

Seems a little too "brown" to be a Whitethroat to me but hey I can be corrected!

| | | Re: Help whitethroat's are quite brown and garden warblers don't have such a pale throat. I think it's a female rather than a male as you're right in that it seems to lack the grey head of the male. |
