| | | Gigrin Farm Hi folks,
We went over to Powys, in mid Wales, to the Red Kite feeding station at Gigrin Farm last week, 280 mile and a six hour drive, Well worth it , they were spectacular, the weather wasn't great , it was a drizzle all day so my pics aren't too good but heres a couple of them including a very wet Buzzard,
The B&B we stayed in at Rhayder was lovely and we could see the farm from the bedroom window, and the Kites flew back over the house from the feeding area, If anyone wants the address and prices PM me,
all the best,
Duncan |

| | | Re: Gigrin Farm Great shame about the weather Duncan, but glad you had a great time anyway. All those Kites and other birds there must be spectacular! Your shots of the Kites are much better than any I've managed so far - perhaps I'll have to make the trip to Gigrin Farm someday! |

| | | Re: Gigrin Farm Thanks for sharing your shots, Duncan. They brought back happy memories of a frantic couple of hours snapping. Pity about the weather.
