| | | Birds of prey Went out this morning to play with my new scope.
Amongst other things I was lucky enough to see seven different birds of prey.
Buzzards, Marsh Harriers, Kestrel, Peregrine, Merlin, Hobby and I had a Sparrowhawk land on the tailgate of my pickup and sit there for at least two minutes.
Not a bad morning. |

I only got the scope this week and shall have to save up for a camera to suit it.
Maybe someone can point me in the right direction as what camera to get. |

You could try searching the Wildlife Photography forum for 'digiscope' - digiscoping (using a camera/scope combination) has certainly been discussed a few times there. I quickly found this thread, but it's a year old so cameras have probably moved on since then:- Beginners digiscoping
Or you could just start a new thread on that forum and ask for advice.
Hope that helps - I'm dead jealous of all those Birds of Prey you saw, by the way!,
