| | | Is this the Lesser Kestrel I think this is the Lesser Kestrel as the top wing surface lacks dots in the brown area. Can someone confirm this for me please?

Fron the number of black dots (the lesser has less) on the underside to the wings, I'd say it's our common resident Eurasian kestral, but I could be wrong. It does happen...
