| | | Strange Bird sound Heard a bird today at dawn, and it really was the strangest sound i've ever heard, and i have no idea what it was
It's really hard to describe, it was really up and down notes, really quite quickly going from one to another, almost like a slide whistle
Any ideas? |

Kayleigh. Yours may have been a Dunnocks call. | I don't think it was, i've heard most bird sounds but this one had me totally stumped it was almost electronic in sound....very strange, I was in my bedchair at the time and it was only just light enough to see the sky. |

| | Re: Strange Bird sound try this site it's the british library sound archive, you'll have to search by species but should find something, it's amazing how many sounds are here - not just wildlife. Archival Sound Recordings
