Black-headed gull
Shelduck
Teal
Mallard
Gadwall
Wigeon
There's one in the left foreground near the shelduck, with the grey flanks that looks to me like a rosybill? It's so hard to see, but it certainly doesn't look like any of the others. |

Shellduck
Mallard
Wigeon
Teal
Gadwall
Black-headed gull
Plus I think that several of the gulls are lesser black-backed, towards the shore line at the left there is a tiny speck that is great crested grebe shaped, and there's another speck on the beach that could be a small wader - dunlin perhaps?

Dave P. | I think that might be a dabchick (little grebe) rather than great crested grebe. |

| | | Re: How many species ? You could be right Pete. Doing a size comparison with the gulls that are about level with it it's too small to be a great crested.
