| | | Secret City garden There is no purpose to this post other than to share the fact that I have just found a lovely secluded public garden near Barbican. I spent a very contented 45 mins listening to the water from the fountain whilst watching a blue tit darting around in the bushes (are they ever still?!) and a pair of blackbirds foraging in the leaves. I saw several suitable places to hang feeders (if only) and wished I'd had some sultanas on me to feed the blackies. I had the place to myself most of the time. It was with great reluctance that I dragged myself back to work but I'll be back. The only downside was the idiot who left his litter behind on the bench.
That's all! |
