| | | Two more LBJ's - Linnets? Following on from the Brown Bird thread, can anyone confirm the ID on these please?
They were taken at Felixstowe Harbour last August where there was a small flock of about a dozen birds flitting about in the sand dunes.
I always assumed that they were Linnets in their summer plumage but having looked at the other thread on Linnets I'm now not so sure.
Sorry the pix are so rubbish but it is very hard to go birdwatching when your 5year old daughter just wants to run around and play. |
