| | Over the moon! What a great morning! We've had a huge number of birds visiting our feeders today. Up to 9 goldfinches, a greenfinch, loads of blue, great, coal, LT and willow tits, and wonder of wonders, a beautiful group of siskin! I believe we had up to at least 5 or 6 but there could be more, they kept flying between the front and back feeders. I was so ridiculously pleased, I think my husband thought I'd lost my mind I thought I'd share a few photos, unfortunately taken through double glazing, but hope you all enjoy them |

| | | Re: Over the moon! Lovely shots Jen!
I was lucky enough to have a pair of bramblings visit my feeders this morning (never seen them in this area before), but by the time I got my act (and my camera) together, they had gone .
It's a good feeling when you finally get those birds visiting your garden feeders, isn't it? Note: my husband is positive I've gone bonkers . He's probably right but I'm past caring!

| | | Re: Over the moon! Great pics Jen especially since they where shot throught the glass window well done so clear if windows are clean and clear of smears and you watch for reflections on the glass you should have no problems with this type of photography.
Again well done Jen photos to be proud of

| | | Re: Over the moon! Know how you feel Jen because I had my first Siskin visitor a few days ago.
They are great little birds and you have caught these two very well. My wife also thinks I've lost my marbles because of the fuss I made when I saw just the one.
