| | | Dressed for winter Hello everyone I have just discovered WAB. I'd like to tell you about 2 Sanderling I saw on my local lake on 16th May.The site is 35 miles or so inland on the N Yorks/Co. Durham border. One of the birds was still in total winter plumage while the other bird was in spring plumage. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience with any other species. |
