There are only two white stripes. Jack and Meg... 
To be honest Max, as Paul said, I doubt very much whether they are Willow warblers. (plus of course Willow Warblers have no white stripes - my freaky Chiffchaff has a white feather thats all).
There are lots of birds which look like they've got white stripes when they fly, but I am guessing here you're talking about (winter plumaged) male and female Reed Bunting maybe. I saw quite a few yesterday in the area.
Anyhooo thats a complete guess.
