As the title says .. I was daft enough to want to go out in the weather today, it was raining and very Dull but despite that I took a trip out on to Dartmoor and among the photos of more commonly photographed birds I was luck enough to get this shot of a Dunnock..
This one was not rummaging in the bottom of a thicket but in full view about 3feet up a hawthorn tree ... 
Does anyone else have a tale of being rewarded for doing something silly?  |

With such a nice photograph of a Dunnock you would have been daft not to go out.
