Elegance on a pond

Hi all!
I took my camera with me to-day and was having my sarnies in the van and could see the shape of a swan through the hedge , went over and took this shot, what a contrast to the dark water and the dismal day , it cheered me up , thats for sure,

beautiful picture,but has he got fishing line hanging out of his beak,and there seems to be what looks like blood on his chest ?

I Saw that, but if you look closely its water dripping out of its bill.

Great picture. I love swans, they are so graceful. I managed to take some film of swans on a misty summers morning at our local river (river Stour), they look so ethereal.
